Kenneth J. Lossing, DO

Kenneth J. Lossing, DO, has been studying visceral manipulation with Jean-Pierre Barral, DO (France), for 30 years.An internationally recognized lecturer, Dr. Lossing contributed to the second and third editions of the American Osteopathic Association’s Foundations of Osteopathic Medicine textbook.As the Academy’s 2014-15 president, Dr. Lossing starred in a two-minute video segment of “American Health Front!” that focused on osteopathic manipulative medicine.

Lossing醫師跟隨Jean-Pierre Barral一起研究內臟手法近30年，他是一位國際知名的講師，同時也是第二與第三版「美國骨病學教科書(American Osteopathic Association’s Foundations of Osteopathic Medicine textbook)」的共同作者。他曾於2014-15年擔任美國骨病學會理事長。Lossing醫師在1944年畢業於著名的A.T. Still University–Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine，之後在俄亥俄大學骨病學醫學院(Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine)的神經肌骨醫學科與家醫科實習並擔任實習醫師。他同時具有神經肌骨醫學與家醫科的執照，Lossing醫師目前定居加州San Rafael在自已開設的診所繼續臨床工作。

由於Lossing醫師同時具有家醫科與骨病學醫師資格，更與內臟大師Jean-Pierre Barral醫師有30年的共同合作經驗，因此Lossing醫師所涉略領域非常廣泛，其中又以內臟、顱骨、大腦、情緒、胚胎與人體熱學技術為主。TIFAR日後也將逐年引進這些獨特、實用的課程(內容請參閱簡章第三頁)。

【課程簡介】 Introduction

本課程主要根據Jean-Pierre Barral醫師的「腦神經鬆弛術」一書所設計與編排，目的在幫助學員瞭解腦神經解剖、通道、適應症、禁忌症，以及腦神經相關功能障礙的評估與治療，幫助學員能準確的觸診、診斷與治療腦神經功能障礙。
