Petra Valouchová, MPT, Ph.D.

Petra 是DNS發明人Pavel Kolar博士診所的物理治療師,他本身除了是Palacky University物理治療碩士外,更在2001年成為運動人類學博士。除了專擅因神經、骨科和創傷性障礙引起的運動障礙外,專注於生物力學和步態的運動學分析。 Petra曾在2018年來過宏甫授課,講課風格理論與實作並重,學識淵博且教學嚴謹。

Petra graduated with a Master’s degree from the Department of Physical Therapy at Palacky University in Olomouc in 1998. She specializes in locomotor system dysfunction rehabilitation. She achieved her Doctorate in Kinanthropology with a focus on Biomechanics in 2001. Her main interest is biomechanics and the kinematic analysis of gait. 

Since 2002 Petra worked as a physical therapist at the Rehabilitation and Sport Medicine Department at the Motol University Hospital in Prague. She treats adults and children with movement impairments caused by neurological, orthopaedic and traumatic disturbances.  

Petra is also a university lecturer of physical therapy and general medicine at the Charles’ University Medical School. Her lectures include Sports Medicine, Biomechanics, Bobath Concept and Vojta Reflex Locomotion methods. She has also specialized in surface electromyography assessment and has published several articles regarding surface electromyographical studies.

As of October 2011, Petra became Chief physiotherapist at the Centre of Movement Medicine located in Prague (http://www.cpmpk.cz)-which is one of the two private clinics owned by Professor Kolář-and oversees both departments of physical therapy since 2018.

Petra is a certified in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Vojta Reflex locomotion principles, Mobilization and Soft Tissue Techniques according to Lewit, and the Bobath Method for adults. She also completed courses in Neurodynamics according to Butler, Quadrupedal Locomotion method according to Klapp, Taping methods including Kinesiotaping, Stecco Fascia Manipulation, and the Barral Institute method of Visceral Manipulation.

Petra works closely under Professor Pavel Kolar’s supervision, she is an expert in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and is also a certified Instructor in Developmental Kinesiology and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization since 2002. She regularly teaches DNS courses throughout Europe, USA, Canada, South America, China, Taiwan, Indonesia and Australia.

Petra has been a Fitness Step Team World Champion in 2003 and 2004, and European Champion in 2004.

【課程簡介】 Introduction

        改造大腦」已是未來復健治療與運動訓練的新趨勢,透過重設與矯正(Reset and Correct)大腦功能,可以達到提升運動控制能力(Motor control)、平衡身體張力、促進生理系統功能,強化運動表現、預防運動傷害等多重目的。在所有「大腦改造技術」中,動態神經肌肉穩定術(Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, DNS)無疑是最重要的技術。 

   DNS是由巴柏.柯勒博士(Pavel Kolar)以「發展肌動學(Developmental kinesiology)」為基礎所研發出來的「神經肌肉系統治療法」。為何DNS的理論來自幼兒發展過程?從神經生理的角度來看,控制人體姿勢、運動與步態的所有「程式」都是由神經系統所「編寫」。因此,「動作控制(Motor control)」程式是否正常,對人體功能與身體健康有莫大影響。DNS就是一種藉由擺位(Positioning)、刺激關鍵點(Stimulation of key zones)與阻力運動(Resistance exercise),用以激發大腦「重設與矯正」人體控制程式的革命性療法。人體動作的控制程式大部份在出生後的第一年就發展完成,意即:就正常幼兒來說,出生第一年的神經系統,就像剛組裝完成的「全新電腦」,此時功能與效率最好、所有「應用程式」也處於最佳狀態。因此

  布拉格學院特別重視這些動作控制的神經發展過程,並據此發展出DNS,用以重設與矯正大腦功能(神經系統),使其符合或恢復出生之初的理想狀態,此即DNS的由來 

    柯勒博士分別擔任布拉格學院布拉格「查理大學.第二醫學院.復健與體能訓練系」之院長與系主任。曾任教於查理大學的學者,都是二十世紀神經醫學與復健醫學巨擘,包括Vaclav VojtaKarel LewitVladimir Janda Frantisek Vele等人。儘管柯勒博士追隨Vojta多年並深受影響,但是DNSVojta療法卻有截然不同的發展,兩者最大差異在於:DNS將發展肌動學、反射性運動療法(Reflex locomotion)JandaLewit等學者的理論予以整合並做最全面的開發DNS不僅適用於兒童與成人,更能廣泛應用於神經系統疾、肌肉骨骼系統疾病,以及運動傷害的治療與預防。藉由改變大腦動作控制流程,DNS可以全面啟動「整合性穩定系統(Integrated stabilizing system)」,達到強化身體功能、促進神經發育、消除疼痛與預防傷害等目的。DNS與其它復健技術大不同在於:DNS不只是一種「治療方法」,更是一套「整體性治療策略(Overall strategy)!透過DNS訓練,可以讓治療人員在探討病源、評估病患,擬定復健與訓練計劃時,有全新的思維與做法。

Course objectives:

Foot

l  Developmental aspects & foot formation, influence of the CNS function on foot joints & structural maturation.

l  Foot biomechanics from the developmental perspective; sagittal stabilization, supporting function, stepping forward motion of the foot .

l  Review of common foot dysfunctions and deformities.

l  Foot and ankle functional evaluation from developmental perspective.

l  DNS active exercise positions to centrate the foot and to coordinate muscles in pelvic girdle and lower extremity region.

l  Self-treatment techniques for foot and ankle dysfunction.

Gait

l  Understanding the role of early postural development and gait development principles.

l  Review postural stabilization. Postural and respiratory role of the diaphragm.

l  Gait cycle: Inter-muscular activity.

l  Common pathologies associated with the gait cycle.

l  Identify appropriate functional tests to verify gait cycle observational findings.

l  Specific developmental exercises to address common functional and structural pathologies associated with the gait cycle.

Running

l  Developmental kinesiology aspects for ideal stereotype of running.

l  Biomechanics of the running cycle.

l  The role of the diaphragm during aerobic exercise; dual postural-respiratory diaphragmatic function.

l  SDNS exercise positions to train core stabilization as a prerequisite of the ideal running stereotype.

l  The most frequent types of musculoskeletal dysfunction resulting from non optimal running stereotype and poor methodology of training.

l  Stretching and coordination exercises from the developmental perspective in order to get ready for running; educating the runner.
